She trained in On-Camera Film & Television at Shiki Studios and continues to develop her craft through independent projects and ongoing study. Before pursuing acting, Lena built a professional career working with a wide range of people and personalities—an experience that informs her ability to observe, understand, and portray complex dynamics on screen.

In addition to English, she speaks Portuguese and Spanish fluently, and conversational French.
